Oklahoma Health Sciences Center enrolling youth in study of ‘long COVID’

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. — The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center is part of a national study to better understand the long-term effects of COVID-19 in young people.

The study is part of the National Institutes of Health’s Researching COVID to Enhance Recovery Initiative. Enrollment in the study is underway, and researchers plan to follow participants for four years.
