OHP investigating fatal three-vehicle collision in Craig County

CRAIG COUNTY, Okla. — Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) is investigating a three-vehicle wreck that left one woman dead on Thursday afternoon.

OHP said the collision happened around 3:32 p.m. on Hwy OK-2 just three miles south and three-and-a-half miles west of Blue Jacket.

Caylee Dugger, 30, was pronounced dead at the scene due to injuries sustained in the accident. She was driving a four-door sedan, troopers said.

Two other drivers were involved, Timothy Shoulders and Richard Berzas.

OHP said Shoulders, 43, was driving a semi diesel truck and was unharmed in the collision.

Berzas, 51, was driving a truck and sustained injuries to his head, torso, arm and leg. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was treated and released, said troopers.

OHP is still investigating the cause of the wreck.
