DAYTONA BEACH SHORES, Fla. — Prosecutors in Volusia County, Fla. said they will not press charges against Joe Kennedy.
Kennedy was arrested in October in a stolen car in Daytona Beach Shores, Fla. Kennedy is a person of interest in a quadruple murder investigation in Okmulgee, Okla.
Okmulgee Police found the dismembered remains of four men in the Deep Fork River on Oct. 14. The remains were identified as Mark Chastain, Billy Chastain, Alex Stevens and Mike Sparks — four men who disappeared Sunday, Oct. 9.
Law enforcement is in the process of bringing Kennedy back to Oklahoma.
