TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa Police arrested two suspects they believe are responsible for three robberies.
Currently, police said one one robbery has been charged against the duo, but further charges for the others are soon to follow once they have all the information they need.
“We will have an additional charge for both of them also on the second robbery,” Lt. Justin Ritter said.
Officers arrested Rosealina Ambriz, 21, and Miguel Herrera, both are charged with conjoint robbery.
Ritter said Ambriz would find victims online and ask them to meet. When the victim would come to pick her up, she would pretend Herrera and another unknown suspect were her brothers and ask if they could ride with them.
“She’ll establish a relationship over social media,” Ritter said. “Then she’ll say, ‘hey, I’m hungry. Will you pick me up?’”
Ritter said they would then rob the victim and afterward all three would leave.
“We still don’t know who the other male is,” Ritter continued.
Police are looking for the third suspect, as well as another victim.
“If the third victim happens to see this story and wants to come forward, obviously contact TPD,” Ritter said.
