Tulsa woman arrested for attacking McDonald’s employee

TULSA, Okla. — A Tulsa woman was arrested after she attacked a 17-year-old McDonald’s employee, according to the Tulsa Police Department (TPD).

Amresha Frazier is charged with assault and battery, conjoint robbery and aggravated assault and battery after police said she and five juveniles attacked a 17-year-old McDonald’s employee.

An arrest report indicated that at least two of the juveniles were Frazier’s kids.

According to TPD, the attack happened on Oct. 23, at the McDonald’s near 1st and Utica.

They said Frazier and the juveniles were stealing food and attacked a 17-year-old employee when she told them to leave. Multiple employees were hurt in the incident and the 17-year-old was taken to the hospital with a concussion, a cervical neck sprain and chunks of hair ripped out.

Tulsa Police Public Information Officer Danny Bean said the employee was kicked, stomped on and had chairs thrown at her. He also said it was all caught on surveillance video.

A store manager told us that the 17-year-old quit working at the store but is physically doing OK.

Bean said he’s glad the victim is OK.

“It’s just sad and it’s embarrassing for them. I’m glad our victim’s OK, it could have been worse,” said Bean.

Frazier pleaded not guilty to her charges and has a preliminary hearing set for December.

The arrest report also indicated that two of the five juveniles were arrested as well.
